RÉLAND LOGAN

Réland Logan is a MESO Business Advisor who specializes in brand creation. Growing up multi-racial in a world where you had to check only one box, Reland uses her experience to help shape narratives that reach groups that are considered marginalized.

 

She values customizing the unique needs of her clients' businesses while developing trusted friends that nurture trust to help them scale.


As an entrepreneur herself, Réland understands the complex and multi-level problems that entrepreneurs experience and meets each client where they need to find a balance between their lives and business.


Outside of MESO, you can find her at all of her son's sporting events, volunteering at the elementary school or participating in her own version of Car Karaoke.

    Elevate offers a year-long experience with monthly cohort sessions, personalized one-on-one coaching, and hands-on support to implement systems for marketing, sales, finance, and operations. You’ll also gain access to guest experts, quarterly planning tools, and strategies to help you grow confidently and sustainably.

  • How is Elevate different from other programs?

    Unlike cookie-cutter programs, Elevate focuses on small, intimate cohorts of no more than 12 participants, ensuring tailored support and personalized guidance. The program combines proven strategies with actionable steps to help you streamline operations, grow revenue, and maintain balance—all while empowering you as a leader.

  • What if I’m not making $50,000 yet?

    You won’t be automatically disqualified. We evaluate a variety of factors to build each cohort, ensuring the best fit for everyone involved. If Elevate isn’t the right fit for you right now, we’ll recommend other programs or resources to help you meet your current business goals and get on track for success.

  • I made too much to qualify for Empower. Can I qualify for Elevate?

    Absolutely! Elevate is open to entrepreneurs at different revenue levels, and our sliding-scale payment terms make it accessible to a wide range of applicants. If you’re ready to scale your business with proven systems, Elevate is designed for you.
