Established in 2019, Meals 4 Heels began as a healthy meal delivery service created to serve Portland's sex worker community. Now situated at the Powerhouse Café, chef and owner Nikeisah Newton serves vegan and vegetarian meals to all Weds-Fri 11am to 3pm and offers catering services 7 days a week! The Meals 4 Heels menu emphasizes eclectic flavors and local ingredients sourced from food producers who are Black, Indigenous, and people of color.
