Don’t just dream, live the dream! If you’re ready to start your own business, consider the Opportunity Café at the Tigard Library. This business incubator is a partnership between the City of Tigard and MESO. The café space helps new entrepreneurs start a restaurant with startup costs, one-on-one coaching from a MESO Business Advisor, and a supportive business environment.
